Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely enchanted by your Fable England purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all decorative packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Fable presentation boxes and secure them within a protective outer mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
